The fit is true to a size 12 and the PVC has just enough give to move without feeling stiff. The double buckles at the waist cinch it exactly where I wanted, and the neck closure stays put all night. I've worn it twice already and the hardware hasn't scratched or tarnished.

The buckles at the waist and neck are the main draw, and they do cinch things in properly, but the PVC itself feels a bit thinner than I'd expect for the price. It fits true to size 12, so that's fine, just not sure how long it'll hold up with regular wear.
